I want to get a drivers permit, do I need to take driver education?

Yes. Before you can obtain your drivers permit, you are required by the California DMV to complete driver education and receive a certificate of completion.

If you are at least 15 ½, but under 18 years of age, you can apply for a DMV drivers permit.

What is your refund policy?

If you request a refund it must be within 30 days of when you enrolled in the course and before we send out your certificate, less a $5.00 processing fee.

How long will the drivers education course take?

All CA DMV approved online drivers education courses are 30 hours in length. Actual time depends on an individual's own reading speed. Our course is self-paced. Many people complete the course in less time. Some complete the course in one sitting, however, you may enter and exit the course as many times as you wish, when you return to the site it will take you to where you left off. We recommend you take your time to go through all the material. You will be allowed to review all course material before you take the chapter tests. Our course has been designed to be easy informative and something we feel our students will learn from.

How do I login?

Always login from our web site, No short cuts. REMEMBER, usernames/IDs and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE. The letter 'A' is NOT the same as letter 'a'.

Do I have to take the course all at once?

No. You have one year to finish the course. If you can not finish the course in one year, you have to start all over again. Pay the fee and take the lessons from the beginning.

What happens if I forgot my password?

We suggest you to save all your information. Although you may contact us and request the information. You may also retrieve your password by clicking on the Forgot Your Password link when you are the login page. Your password will be emailed to you.

What happens when I complete the course?

Once you have completed the course, we will send out your DL 400C completion certificate within 5 to 10 days. You may also request to pick up the certificate from our office, by calling at 818-265-9551 as soon as you have completed the course.

What if my completion certificate has the wrong information?

If you provide us wrong information,there will be a $10.00 processing fee to have a certificate re-issued.
